• Q: I cannot remember my AFFLINK password

• A: Generally, your username is your email address. Or, you can Click Here to retrieve your username.
• Q: I am an AFFLINK Member but I do not have a login
• A: You should contact your AFFLINK administrator and ask them to add you. If you need further assistance, use the contact form .
• Q: I am not yet an AFFLINK Member; can I have a login for the site?
• A: At this time, we do not have a demo for non-members. However, contact AFFLINK using the contact link and our Business Development Managers will be happy to provide a walkthrough.
• Q: I represent an AFFLINK Supplier; how do I login?
• A: You can use the contact form to request your Supplier login.
• Q: I am entering the correct username and password, but I cannot login
• A: If you feel you are entering the correct username and password, use the contact form to request assistance from AFFLINK.
• Q: Is my username case-sensitive?
• A: No, usernames are not case sensitive.
• Q: Can I request someone else`s username or password?
• A: Username and password requests are mailed directly to the email address on file. We cannot provide information except to that email address.
• Q: The "Server Status" says that AFFLINK is online, but some features are not working
• A: Several systems make up AFFLINK, and it is possible that one may be experiencing trouble and not have registered with this notification yet. Please use the contact form to report any system outages you experience, or call us at (800) 222-5521.
• Q: I cannot access certain tools on AFFLINK due to permissions; how do I get access?
• A: Your site administrator should be able to provide you with access. Otherwise, use the contact form to request assistance.
• Q: What web browsers do AFFLINK support?
• A: AFFLINK officially supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 7+. However, our web pages are developed according to accepted industry standards, and most should be functional using any of the current generation of browsers. We limit our official support to IE 7+ because certain internal reports are developed using software that only works correctly in that particular browser.
